Garden Sour
A delicious sour-style mocktail
- 50ml Seedlip Garden 108
- 35ml cloudy apple juice
- 15ml lemon juice
- 5ml cider vinegar
- Dash of sugar and egg white
Add ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice. Strain, then shake again without the ice. Serve in a coupe. Garnish with a sprig of rosemary.
Them Apples
A low-alcohol cocktail combining bright and zesty apple with clove-edged Seedlip Spice 94
- 50ml Seedlip Spice 94
- 20ml Granny Smith apple juice
- 10ml Orgeat
- 10ml Amontillado Sherry
- 10ml Calvados
- Pinch of salt
- Soda water, to top
Put everything except the soda water in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake together and pour into a highball. Top with soda. (If you’re feeling particularly fancy, garnish with an edible flower.)
Hedge Your Bets
Raid the back of the cupboard to mix up this zesty cocktail
- 50ml Seedlip Spice 94
- 30ml grapefruit juice
- 15ml lemon juice
- 2tsp of any seasonal preserve (we like blackcurrant jam)
Shake all the ingredients together with ice. Strain into another glass, then strain again into a coupe. Garnish with a sprig of basil.
