King’s Ginger Mulled Cider
Author: Emily Miles
The King’s Ginger comes into its own in the winter, and its balance of warming ginger and citrus lend themselves perfectly to plenty of cocktails. Here’s one that works well when you’re coming in from the cold.
Ingredients
The King’s Ginger 50ml
Cider 150ml
Apple juice 150ml
Lemon slice
Cinnamon stick
Blackberries
Method
Pour The King’s Ginger, cider and apple juice into a large saucepan, until the liquid begins to simmer. Add a stick of cinnamon and allow the flavours to mull. When you’re ready to serve, pour it into a heat-proof glass or cup. Garnish with a few blackberries and a slice of lemon.
