Introducing our Cellar Series

This week heralded the opening of our Sussex Cellar, a new venue in our St James’s premises. Like our Pickering Cellar, Napoleon Cellar and Townhouse, it will allow our customers to enjoy fine wine with fine food in the perfect setting. Over the coming months a hit-list of London’s best eateries will be taking over the space for one night only, creating a sumptuous menu to feed just 40 guests.
On 20th July we will welcome Gymkhana into our kitchens; the Michelin-starred restaurant who represent the definition of Indian haute cuisine. In September Medlar will be stepping out of Chelsea, up to the plate and serving guests a suitably refined menu. Come October, it will be Dabbous’s turn to dish up East London’s finest in the heart of Mayfair. Each menu will be paired with a carefully-curated list of wines from our expansive range; and, as ever, our Head Chef Stewart Turner will be overseeing proceedings.
