Here, we present an effortless method for this practically perfect drink. Make sure your ice is fresh and your glassware is cold: then you’re just a few seconds away from the ideal antidote to endless Christmas to-do lists.

Ingredients

50ml No. 3 Gin
10ml Dry Vermouth
Lemon twist zest

Method

Add the gin and Vermouth to a mixing glass filled with ice
and stir for at least 15 seconds to get the liquid as cold as possible.
