Take a trip behind the scenes at Berry Bros. & Rudd as photographer Jason Lowe travels through the Southern Hemisphere to photograph the great, the good and the most fascinating details of the wine world.

Jason Lowe, the renowned photographer, has been working with us to capture the visual story which surrounds Berry Bros. & Rudd. “At the core of wine there is nature and man, and in nature there is endless beauty not only that of a glorious sunset at harvest but more importantly the less obvious moments, harsh barren winters with leaden skies and dormant vines,” says Lowe.

Jason is currently journeying through the Southern Hemisphere, and further into the wine-making process. “I’ve been visiting extraordinary people making wine in near impossible conditions in order to fulfill their dreams and their passions,” he says.

“There are also those who have been long-established and pursue their ambitions of making beautiful wine. They all share the will to turn grapes into wine; they all work extraordinarily hard. My aim is to share this with those that enjoy pulling the cork or unscrewing the cap far from the places that the wine was made.”

Here are a selection of his images, also posted on our Instagram, documenting his journey.
